The room was comfortable and beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff are friendly and there are amazing restaurants in the hotel. The garden is beautiful at night as well as early morning stays. We enjoyed our stay here.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room.
The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification.
So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Nothing but glowing things to say about this place!!! Even the staff who were a bit weary of me (I am pierced/tatted up/have loudly dyed hair and am very direct & assertive) warmed up to me over the days I've been here, and it felt really good practicing my japanese & joking with them, and getting warm smiles every day. The beds are so comfy (I am chronically ill and very sensitive too), the food is excellent, and the location is perfect for me! A very safe neighborhood too - i felt VERY comfortable walking drunk alone at 11pm, as did countless young Japanese women I saw. The baths are immaculate in every way, the rooms are huge by Tokyo standards, and everything is sparkling clean. ✨️ I can and will stay here again if the opportunity arises or my apartment needs maintenance. Highly recommend for solo female travelers, families and couples :)
