If I need something, the staff responds to my requests in minutes. The room is kept clean. But the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very quiet, and the rooms were well stocked. I read a review that you could smell smoke in non smoking rooms and that was not my experience. They give you an actual key, which must be left at the front desk when exiting the hotel. Last time I saw that was in Tintin books a long time ago. The staff is very professional, elegant and dignified. The hotel is mere seconds away from the train station and in the middle of the enterntainment district. There is a breakfast option on site and also a restaurant and convenience store within the same building. Rooms was small, but cozy and contained all the necessities required. Rooms were cleaned daily and contained all the necessary basic toiletries required i.e. toothbrush, razor, body sponge etc. These items were restocked daily after use and were all free of charge. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
