Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several issues. Communication with the host was poor, and during check-in, the host had taken the key with her, causing me to wait. When she returned the key, she simply left it in the mailbox without any consideration or apology for the inconvenience. The blanket and pillowcases were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also booked a deluxe room, but the room looked more like a standard room and did not match my expectations based on the booking. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and the inconvenience during check-in. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

The good: Breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Checking staff were good. The room bathroom faucet leaked and the drain broke every other day and it was gross when waste water came out of the cabinet base. Plumber “fixed” it twice and it was leaking again the last day. The pool is run down and dirty. The furniture in the top floor bar was grossly stained and the bartender made sloppy cocktails. 3 star property at best

Be mindful of how humid and hot in the Philippines during summertime, unfortunately, they do not have air conditioning in the hallways and some common areas. The AC in our room is also not working properly, compare to the temperature outside, seems that the AC cannot keep up.
