Mostly terrible staff other than the lady at the reception in the morning. I forgot a bunch of items in my room and tried to contact to hotel over email and Hotels.com app, repeatedly; they didn’t respond at all.

Good location in the heart of Downtown Columbus. Staff was helpful and the area seemed safe. The room could have used some updating. The toilet made a high pitch noise about every 15 to 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for late morning shower (10 am).
