A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. Location was close to a lot of what Hocking Hills has to offer. Easy to find and plenty of space to spread out when we were there. The ping pong table and arcade games were a big hit with the kids. Hot tub was a great way to relax after a full day of hiking. House was well equipped and matched what was called out in the listing. The charcoal grill was a nice touch for making dinner.
