This lodge is perfect for families or several couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Aspen Retreat is located on 60 beautiful acres of wooded land. The location is ideal, offering privacy and seclusion on a quiet country (paved) road and yet only 3.4 mile off US Route 33 (only 1 mile off S.R. 595). Approximately a 30 min drive to the many Caves, Trails and Rock Formations that has made Hocking Hills Famous! To further add to the appeal of this unique location, It is located within 10 miles from 7 Major Wayne National Forest Trail Heads and the Brass Ring Golf Course and Restaurant is located only 7.3 miles from your cabin door. The property itself was very nice, just enough secluded to be considered private. The cleanliness was great, beds very comfortable, and with it being as cold as it was the cabin was very well insulated. The hot tub and jetted tub worked just fine. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bath towels were thick and thirsty, and the extra towels on the deck for the hot tub were so handy. Would stay again!
