Unfortunately, this stay was pretty disappointing. We arrived before the 4 PM check-in time and were told there was no access to the pool until we were officially checked in. They said they would call us as soon as our room was ready, but we never received a call. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was the rooftop pool. The pool is actually across the street in a separate building, and because of the surrounding tall buildings, it gets no sun in the afternoon. Otherwise, the pool area itself would have been really nice. There are swinging benches, open cabanas, and a TV where you can watch pretty much anything. Once we finally got into the room, there were several issues. The refrigerator didn’t work, there was hair in the shower, the TV initially didn’t work, and there were no blackout curtains. The bathroom electrical circuit also blew while using the hairdryer. Checkout is at 11 AM, and they charge extra for late checkout. We were also specifically told that if we didn’t pay for late checkout, housekeeping would be at our room at 11, which felt unnecessarily pushy. On the positive side, most of the staff we interacted with were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The pool area also has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, between the room issues, lack of communication, pool situation, and overall experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!
