My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

Great location. Rooms were good but could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathrooms. We had like warm water most of the time which was fine. Shower area could have done with a bit of a deep clean and some minor maintenance but was absolutely fine.
Large spacious bedroom and good aircon.
Breakfast was good. Limited selection of fruit and meats/cheeses but cooked to order eggs, pancakes and Cambodian dishes which were all very good. Plentiful

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The Hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The day spa and onsen are one of the best in Hanoi and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds, plenty of space and good feng shui. I especially like the rooftop dining where a buffet breakfast of local and international cuisines are served. The view of old quater is dreamy abd if youre there at the right time you can hear, then see the trains come through. I would highly reccomend this hotel.
