"We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. The balcony view was excellent to see all the fireworks. The staff even gave us a gift for the Lunar New Yr! Breakfast was delicious too! We loved the modern decor and hip vibe of the hotel spaces. Our room was super clean and well designed and maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ha Long City!!! Much appreciated. 😃😃"

"All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey. Unfortunately, the property itself is still recovering from a recent typhoon and our January visit probably didn't help appearances but we can't say enough about the staff and accommodations."

"My friend and I did a 3D2N stay on the Capella Cruise and they certainly didn’t disappoint! Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo (forgot his name, sorry!), Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing. What truly stood out was when I left my backpack at the pier and only realized it after arriving in Hanoi. I was panicking, but their customer service team responded promptly and kept me updated until my backpack arrived safely at my hotel reception. I’m so grateful for their help! Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the Capella crew and hope to be back again!"

"The pool had not bar, that is my only issue. Cam Pha is definitely not visited by tourists with many developments in progress or abandoned. I loved being the very few tourists I saw. I also met the owner. He and the staff are amazing!"
