The front desk staff lacked customer service and seemed confused. After checking out, I realized I forgot an item in my room and went back to the desk. The agent saw me standing there but completely walked away, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes until other staff finally stepped in to help. Also, the pictures online are misleading. The actual property looks pretty rundown in person.
