The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.

This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

The room was beautiful, well kept as well as the pool. the beach was lovely as well as the communal pools and areas. i felt as though the all inclusive was mainly limited to 3meals a day and drinks whereas snacks were really lacking. What ruined my experience at this hotel was the staff. I was constantly harassed by the male staff particularly one. i didn’t even feel safe raising the issue with anyone as every single one had been inappropriate with me at that point and it seemed very normalised. It got to the point where i would rather stay in my room and not even go to meals as if was extremely distressing. One particular staff member would even continuously come to my room after finding out which room i was staying in, at late hours of the night banging and knocking on my door, after opening it once and feeling extremely uncomfortable and asking him to leave which he did not want to, i didnt open the door again. its really unfortunate as the resort is lovely but the staff really ruined it for me. i was left feeling unsafe, anxious and on edge from day 2 of an 8 day stay. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for females.

There was a bit of a confusion when I booked a 2 bed chalet without realizing it had only 1 bathroom. So I had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and the difference was the same amount as the 2 bed chalet, So I basically paid double to get the upgrade, I had also assumed it was all-inclusive, and it’s not. You pay extra for that, but I fault expedia for this confusion because the description is not clear enough and it only gave me the option for breakfast. Now, apart from that, I will give this resort a 100/10, the staff are AMAZING and super helpful, its very clean, they go over and beyond to ensure they meet your needs. My butler Hossam was excellent, he really took care of us, all the restaurants accomodated my requests for extra spice as it can be bland because of the clientelle. The activities were excellent, I mean the kids were super upset to leave. We will definitely be visiting again. Hanan checked on me everyday, housekeeping was always available, like he knew as soon as we stepped out, Mohammed, Ahmed, Mahmoud.. all were amazing.. I am VERY fussy and expect the best when I am paying a premium, I notice the tiniest things and I don’t write reviews I just never visit again. But Serry deserves a shout out!
