This was a perfect stay for our family. The room with the twin bunks and the king bed was wonderful and the location of the resort couldn’t have been better. It felt very private and secluded being by the state park, not overly crowded at all, and the beach was just steps away. We chose to venture out for dinner, so I can’t speak to the restaurants, but the Dragonfly was great for lunch and drinks. The pools were fun for a break from the beach and our kids (4 & 7) had the very best time. We will be back!

The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier. For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water. The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management.

We loved it. Great view of the Gulf and beach. Very beautiful apartment. Clean as clean can be. We had everything we needed to start our vacation.

Keep in mind there is no elevator for this unit but the stairs to climb are really not bad, one flight about 8 steps. The location of the room is great because it’s near the entrance to the pool and beach, it’s makes it convenient in case you want to come back to the condo for anything. The condo was clean and had everything needed from kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Parking was not bad as well, we always found a spot and didn’t have to walk a lot. We would definitely stay here again!

Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true but on the other hand the corridors of the rooms are outside, it is very humid and hot and we have the impression of being in a high security prison! It's really horrible. The room was also very dirty, the floor is not done we passed a towel it was black, and the room had dust everywhere! I don't understand the positive opinions because even the beach is impassable, there are too many algae
