All was good but they don’t have a foot shower when leaving the beach by the beach bar or by building 6 where we entered so people drag a lot of sand in

The staff are amazing! Rooms are clean. Food never disappoints. The gym could use functioning cooling system that works. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. The property itself could use a little TLC, buildings, gardens etc.

Our second time staying at this property. The staff is extremely helpful and appreciative of their guests. We love having three different beach options all perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. The largest pool in the Caribbean doesn't disappoint. Fun daily activities and nightly entertainment are top notch. Food and drinks were excellent. Our first trip we stayed in a beachfront bungalow, this time we were closer to the restaurants and lobby and we were very close to the pool and beach. Nearly 6 months after the hurricane there was still alot of the construction going on but nothing that effected anything. I would highly recommend for couples,(Lady Hamilton side) and a side for families. One love.

Yes easy and organized, everyone waiting for the tip and not a dollar, 5 or 10 bill .otherwise they will make a rude face.
