No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing.
