Northwest Mountain Vacations

Construction is going on . I didn’t realize it would be my view out of every window . Scaffolding & workers right out my window and no window covering in the family room slider . It was removed . Holes in the wall but nothing to give me privacy or shield from the hot sun . AC didn’t work very well . I pulled out the portable unit in closet and a piece was broken off . It didn’t help at all -I am guessing from the piece on the ground . Unit needed major refurbishment. Power strips didn’t work . Was without water for 4 hours on Sat. hair ball in shower . Will not be staying here ever again . Will be contacting management & booking party. . Picture in booking was not accurate too. Stayed an extra night IN BC but moved to the OSPREY . That is a beautiful property!

What an amazing stay. The hotel itself sits inside union station. So the lobby is small, but there’s restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor all in one spot. Also walking distance to all kinds of things Denver. Staff are amazing. We loved it

Great place to stay close to everything downtown

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I took the negative ratings about this property more seriously and avoided it altogether. This mistake cost me a lot of money that I cannot recover. I booked this property for an anniversary weekend in Downtown Denver and the location was ideal. The property is quirky to say the least. You have to park on the street, enter a building code to enter, navigate to the room, enter another code, grab the parking garage pass and fob, then go back to your car, drive to the garage, get out and place the fob on the pad which is on the passenger side, drive to the bottom and figure out which elevator s closest to your room. Upon entering, we were slapped in the face with an extreme odor that I can only describe as 15 litter box’s along with wet carpet sitting for a week. MOLD! The apartment itself is cute and nicely decorated. At first we thought we could deal with the smell, but after another 30 minutes inside, the headache started. The virtual assistant text came through asking how we were doing so far. I complained about the smell and they assured me a resolution. After an hour, no response. I asked for another unit and stressed the importance of a quick resolution since we had anniversary plans. Again, the response was that they escalated the issue. 3 hours in and I was very ill and had to cancel all plans. I told them we were leaving to get another hotel due to lack of resolution and my health. I also requested a full refund and was unfairly denied.
