1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

This stay was amazing there’s no complaints. 100% recommend.

It’s a beautiful place, the resort is modern with old traditional touches. The staff was gracious and hard working and made sure we had everything we needed. They provide free shuttles into the city centre every day. The only downside is that the dinner choices are very limited and twice the price of most places in town.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was in poor condition, and the rooms were extremely outdated and not well maintained. Some of the issues we encountered included: - The toilet flush repeatedly broke during our stay. - My daughter's bed frame was broken, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. - There were flies all over the food, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. - There was no air conditioning in the reception area, making it very uncomfortable, especially during warmer periods. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.

A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!!
