9.2/10 Wonderful! (945 reviews)
The concierge staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional. However, when we attempted to eat at the Juliett restaurant, we sat at our table for 20 or 25 minutes without even being offered a glass of water. As a result, we looked for meals outside of the hotel, which we would not have done otherwise.

"Pick this one at your own risk. However, if stuffy and pretentious is for you, try it. The room rate is rather high, given its location away from the old town. The restaurant food was not to our tastes. Tiny portions and a little bland. What’s with no TV to watch in the bedroom? The huge patio off ..."

"Master shower bath was broken. And looks like previously the door absorbed the water and swelled couldn’t open the door without it doing more damage. Batteries in a few of the remotes were missing. Either than that fantastic setup we enjoyed the space."
