Great location, plenty of car parking, dinning was OK b

Great location but can be loud at night

Only part we didn’t like was the dryer didn’t dry. Other than that it was perfect.

Reception areas and room quality were good although the room we were allocated was very poorly located (dark and partly overlooked a raised platform and hotel reception - room 114.) However on request we were allocated an upgrade and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean although water pressure in bathroom was poor. Staff in dining room and reception were professional and pleasant. Hotel location was less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and railway station which is perfect for visitors arriving by train

Really beautiful hotel and very comfortable rooms. I would still not say this is a 5-star hotel as it shows online but still a great hotel overall

Great hotel, service and everything generally excellent, however pint of Guinness was terrible in the main bar, it’s amazing with all they get right that they allow this.

The photos for this site are not repreentative of the room. This was not ideal for us but I can see how younger people might be OK with it. When you get in the room and there are sets of earplugs on the desk ...

We enjoyed sharing an apartment, with use of a full kitchen, a lounge and clean modern bedrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.
