I enjoyed my stay per usual! Unfortunately the ac was not working properly in the room I was staying in this time and the water temperature in the shower wasn’t as hot when I first checked in. However, I’ve stayed her before and never had problems before

This establishment is the best in the city. Me and my family enjoy it so much, it’s our third time staying there. I hope to soon do a honeymoon weekend that they offer.

I went to a concert at the Steven Tanger hall and it was right actthe street. Perfect for what I needed. Parking at the hotel was 18$ but would've had to pay if not staying there to park at concert hall so it was a win win.

Room was clean; staff was extremly helpful

Nice little hotel. We were in town for a concert at the First Horizon Coliseum and this place was about 10-12mins away. Not too far from UNC Greensboro. Bed was very comfortable and the decor was nice. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly as well.

Website said breakfast was included, but was NOT included if you booked on Expedia or 3rd party site. Hotel said breakfast was only included if you booked directly on their website. Very misleading! Also, hotel entrance closest to parking lot was not accessible with room key. There was no sign stating any hours of operation or one indicating there was a problem with the door. This was VERY inconvenient as it required walking around entire property to gain entry at main entrance. After entering the hotel to ask about this, there was no one available at the front desk to report issue to. Rooms were clean, but our room was missing soap, shampoo, etc. Notified front desk, but never received items. After reading other reviews, we were disappointed as we expected a better experience. Only positive, rooms were clean.
