They got us into the room, then figured out how to use the new machine and gave us our keys. Unfortunately, the keys did not work the next morning as we were taking our dogs and luggage out. We had to get them rekeyed. The dog area is not a dog area at all. Not sure what it is. There were multiple dogs staying there, and each one had a problem with the area. Not so much grass, not so much area for the dogs. The room was clean and the bed was good."
