Greece Eco-friendly Vacations

Super friendly staff. Clean & well maintained rooms, although our double room had 2 single beds which wasn’t ideal. Great location, short walk to seafront and loads of great restaurants & bars. Pool area looked nice and was very clean. We were exploring the island with our hire car so used the hotel just as a base to sleep in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good.

We had booked a queen bed room. I guess that was not available so we were given a 2 twin bed room and they put the twin beds together but didn’t set them up as a king. They tried to sell it as “we gave you a better room” but it was not. Being that the baby sleeps with us in the bed occasionally it was so uncomfortable as the beds would drift apart often. The food choices are very poor at the hotel restaurant. Also, it is no loud during the night. They balcony doors do not have the proper insulation for the busy location. The ac in the room is unpredictable. You open the balcony door for 2 sec to go through and it will take the AC 3 min to restart. It either makes it too cold or it’s barely working. Not really up to the hotel but the beach is not the greatest either and the taxi drivers in Rethymno had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I would not return.

The staff are true professionals, and the food and drinks are a total "wow"—both in terms of quality and beautiful presentation. Cleanliness here is flawless, literally down to the very last millimeter! I also loved the wonderful entertainment and the perfectly landscaped, well-kept grounds. ​The location is perfect: the sea is just a 2-minute walk across the road. Plus, right behind the hotel, there’s a long promenade lined with shops and bars, so there is always a great place to go for a stroll. ​I will definitely be coming back here!

Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.

Fantastic break away, beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing food and very clean

stunning hotel with a beautiful resort and amenities and activities The staff were so helpful and kind, and the service was immaculate I can’t wait to come back here The only thing I would say is the Gym was very minimal
