This our second time staying at this hotel and we love it! Perfect location and very convenient for walking! We’ll be back again!

The private pool in our room was phenomenal, yet the towel services for the resort were obscure. Also, the large resort pool chairs were always “held” by patrons who never removed their towels which was frustrating as someone who came in after them.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. Beautiful pools and stunning beach. Food was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff were delightful. We went in May and the capacity was perfect - always plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. App ordering system was amazing - never had to leave the sun bed! Highly recommend.

Good central location but service was poor. Cleaners walked into our room in the morning without even knocking while we were still in bed. Food was below average

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa. Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!! The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional. Highly recommended for a flawless romantic celebration!

Great hotel, mixing modern amenities with a genuine/classic vibe. Staff was very helpful at all stages of the stay, will definitely visit again.

The food was good. The beaches are nice. They clean their room every day. The staff is better friendly.
