The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

The room was tremendous - so much so that when we first went in we thought it was a lobby😂. The only issue we had was the shower and sink drains were slow, something the desk wasn’t aware of until we told them. Other than that- the entire stay was amazing.

Staff is wonderful and kind, very accommodating. We stayed here with a lot of family members for our wedding, we got a beautiful spacious suite with the best courtyard views. The rooms are so beautifully designed, the whole villa is just dreamy and true Tuscany. Breakfast is amazing with so many options and so fresh, so delicious! Service is great too. Overall cannot beat the location. We also held our wedding reception dinner here and the food and service and spaces we used were amazing. They even gave us complimentary bottle of champagne and homemade cookies in our room with a lovely note. Overall, we hope to be back!

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things.

There were no Vineyard views but it is in a decent location in Florence. The "Garden Suite" is a joke. It overlooks a courtyard that was covered in green moss and had a hose strewed about. It was not usable. So there was no view of anything. We opened the window overlooking it at night to get some air and I assume this is why we woke up with lots of bites! We never saw a mosquito though. They told us the AC didn't work. The hotel's elevator is a 1 person elevator that was too scary to use really. Our room was on the seventh floor. The staff did help with bringing the luggage up but if you don't like to climb MANY stairs, this is not the place for you. We tried to upgrade to a third person and this caused quite the comotion and really I feel they charged us in excess by making us upgrade to a suite and then charged more per person. They blamed a communication error but that was really not it! One desk person tried to make it right and was very nice but really in the end fell short. The suite was spacious and nice but the glass shelf in it had not been dusted in quite some time. It had a soaking tub, steam room and sauna, although the sauna and steam room did not work. The rooftop bar has a nice view but it is a workout to get up there! It's also where they serve breakfast and where the workout room is. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location for this hotel is perfect because it is quiet and calm, yet easy to walk around everywhere. Breakfast was good, and staff were kind and welcoming. The room was perfect and modern. All amenities were perfect, and they even had a self-service washer and dryer.
