Hill Country Cheap Vacations

The toilet ran constantly. Pool was dirty. Hot tub closed (not hot). Hall carpets grungy. Ice on 2 floors non-functional, Shower was not warm. Bathroom fan didn't work well at all. Active conference had empty boxes everywhere (much disorder), Only 1 8oz bottle of water in a room for 2. Coffee in room not at all good. No complimentary breakfast. Only microwave available is in the lobby. THICK layer of sticky dust on the receptacle outlet under the phone. Kleenexes were stuffed individually in the box as opposed to being able do dispense one at a time in the mnormal fashion (deliberately put in... NOT a fresh box). THere's no way to see what prices are for the bar or for breakfast. Frankly, the "easychair" is NOT inviting and there is only 1 other chair in the place. One more thing... the marquee by the road has 80%+ of the light out...hard to see at night. DO you think I care to return? I think not. Staff was reasonably friendly, but no effort was made to make up for the fact the shower was cold and everything else was messed up. How disappointing. LIkely never again. I paid too much for there to be that much wrong.
