I enjoyed the pool, the butterflies and the nature trails.

We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. However, if you’re looking for peace, quiet, seclusion, and beautiful beach views, X’tan Ha delivers. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 40-minute bumpy golf cart ride to most restaurants, shops, and activities in town. For some travelers, the remote location will be a major plus; for others, it may be less convenient. Overall, if your priority is tranquility, beachfront scenery, and friendly service, X’tan Ha is worth considering.

Awesome place, very nice staff. Had a blast on a birthday group trip for 4 nights. Resort is great for kids if anyone takes them too.

The sargassum is terrible. It is so bad that no one can enjoy the beach or any relaxation spot on the beach. The smell is very strong due to so much sargassum. The staff super nice and friendly.

Housekeeping was exceptional. Provided daily services. Front desk staff was also very friendly. They made us feel comfortable after leaving a very bad situation through Expedia booking.

Great resort. Some tours and activities were not offered because tourism is down throughout the region due to seaweed. The resort and staff are excellent. Food is ordered from a neighbor resort and is excellent. I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful time in Belize. The Lodge at Jaguar Reef was lovely. The location was perfect; close to town. The facility was clean and well appointed. The food & drinks were delicious. The best part was the employees. We were always greeted warmly and with smiles. I need to acknowledge a few employes. I must commend Joseph & Kayla for excellent customer service & being very helpful. Raven for helping us get our TV working and AC fixed. Captain Larry greeted us every morning with a big smile, high five & a flower. Finally, I cannot say enough about Mario. He drove us to meet our boat for the monkey river tour. During our drive, he shared history of Belize, the Mayan culture & calendar. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. I would definitely stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef again!
