Our room was older but was clean and had very good pool side view. All basic amenities were available in the room.
Staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.
Gym on the property was excellent!

The room was good but very noisy in the night due to work going on in the basement. The pipes run through the room from basement.
Fire alarm woke me up early am.
Staff very friendly specially house keeping.
Need to streamline check in and check out needs efficiency.

staff was very friendly as you always feel in Pakistan. Breakfast buffet was great. This hotel is apparently converted from condo building to hotel and thats why you feel some blunders in room design and features. I was basically forced to run heat at 25C and there was no way you could reduce the temperature unless you turn the air off. Air duct was clogged and I had to call in maintenance person who took a quite a bit of time to remove the filter , took it to his maintenance facility and brought back .
