"Wonderful stay"

"The Hotel is built like 15 Mins away from main Naran Bazaar. In a Just Awesome Scenic location, the builtout of the place is equaly amazing. The rooms are spacious, views from the Balconies are stunning, one does'nt want to close their eyes, it's so beautiful. When we went in June 2026, it was maybe 70% occupied, they depend on AC generation, which is the only power there, but it was not that inconvenient. "Me family and I (6 people) stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and our stay was amazing. The best element of the Hotel is the perfect view you can get of mountains right from the balcony. The food was also excellent. The only problem we faced was the internet loss. If you are heading this way I would be prepared for low signal or disconnect with others through the phone."

"They are liar they don't honour Expedia or any other site once they house full walking customer and cancel your reservation on last day even you reserve a month ago and asked you double price if u want to reserve your room and same happen with me in pine park also. So request every one don't book online it just waste your money even Expedia can not help u coz the person who handle all these site in Pakistan Mr sahzeb I guess is with connection with hotels"

There was also knocking on her door late into the night and she didn’t dare open it because it was just her and my aunt in the room. We will be contacting the local police to look into this matter but hotels.com should delist this hotel and look into this matter as well. "
