"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
"The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). Although 1) standard room looked much better on pictures than in real life 2) the ad says the price includes breakfast while it actually doesn’t. "
"Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked.
