the only advantages of this hotel are the breakfast and the location otherwise everything is bad. It needs a full renovation and maintenance. the room wasn’t clean enough. the lighting was very bad. the last day we told the staff that we are checking out they just said okay without saying anything else even they didn’t ask us about our stay. they’re not professional at all. i don’t recommend

Hotelli on helppo löytää ja siinä on viihtyisä aula sekä aamiaispaikka hotellin kattokerroksessa. Huone oli siisti ja tasokas, sekä myös hiljainen. Ilmastointi tehokas ja helposti säädettävissä. Huoneen tilavuus hyvä, eli ei tule ahdasta. Vuoteet olivat mukavia ja on hienoa, että on tarjolla myös kolmen hengen huoneitakin. Hotellin vieressä on pari hyvää ravintolaa, eli hotelliin saapumisen jälkeen on helppo käydä lounaalla tai illallisella. Hotellin respa oli lopulta joustava, vaikka vahingossa olin varannut varauksen vain yhdelle hengelle. Kaksi henkeä onnistui kuitenkin hyvin. Hotellia on helppo suositella ja hotellin hintakaan ei ole paha, varsinkaan jos kolmen hengen huoneessa jakaa hinnan kolmeen osaan matkaajien kesken.

Great location, good breakfast and most staff were friendly. We did have an issue one day where they half cleaned the room and they couldn’t book us a taxi on a Saturday evening.

You won't regret staying at this hotel. What else can I say, 10 out of 10. Wonderful place, Reasonably priced. can't fault it for anything. Well done!

We stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately had a largely terrible experience. While the spa, indoor swimming pool, and breakfast were good, almost everything else fell far short of acceptable standards, let alone 5 star claims. ​Our room smelled terrible, like a dead rat. When we reported it, staff simply brought room spray, which masked the odor for a few minutes before it came right back. To make matters worse, the AC didn't work and was locked centrally at 28°C with no way for us to turn it down. The toilet and shower were also dirty upon arrival. ​Service was equally disappointing. We left the hotel everyday from 10am and were back at night, yet housekeeping still managed to skip leaving the complimentary 2 water bottles daily. When we called reception to ask about it, we were told the kitchen was closed and that water bottles would cost 150 each, despite them already failing to service the room properly. ​To top it all off, on our last morning at breakfast, a woman approached our table who is supposed to be a guest supervisor. When we politely explained the water situation, she never apologized and only kept arguing with us, claiming they couldn't enter the room, which makes no sense since housekeeping had been in to clean. Terrible service and terrible conditions; we would not recommend staying here.

Clean room, it is very nice they do house keeping everyday. It felt wonderful we saw a very clean room after a busy day. The location of the hotel is also great, walking distance to all major attractions as well many great restaurants serving typical Turkish food. Most gratefully, the hotel arranged a very early taxi at 3:00 AM taking us to airport no extra charge.

Spa is fantastic and location is safe and perfect
