Was a nice stay. What pulled down the review. The place lost electricity during the night on our last day. But it was on they day we were leaving so was less bothersome. The two buffets for dinner on the Palm side were pretty bad. Food was never hot. Milk in the one was not even refrigerated. The buffet on the Sens side was good. But you need to have a black premium wristband to eat there. The Ala carte places were very good. Enjoyed the Cocoa and Mika Taco. Very good meals there. Breakfast was good. But once again food was cool to luke warm. The beach was nice however if you didn’t have your chairs reserved with towels by 8 am. They were gone. Definitely do not have enough chairs when capacity is full. But water was warm. Limited sea grass. Pools we did not use as they were cold Drinks were very good. The bars on the sens side were always less busy with minimal lines. Our beach waiter on the Sens side was outstanding. He deserved every tip we gave him. Room as clean. Maybe a bit dated but slept well in the bed and temp was cool. Always well stocked on the room fridge. Staff was nice. Overall for what we paid is was ok. Fix the cold food at buffets and chair availability on the beach and I easily could have gone 4 outta 5\. Our MTS was outstanding. The drivers were friendly. Our driver to airport was extremely friendly even singing to us alone the way. And the airport. Impressive how they got people through both incoming and outgoing.

Restaurants not that great except for Sunset Grill (lunch) and Fasano (dinner). We paid for all inclusive but this resort didn't even have a coffee shop. If you wanted coffee in the afternoon, you either had to pay at a Starbucks booth or pay for room service. All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive at this resort. Also, once you check out at noon, even if you're leaving the property with a later pickup time, they want you to pay $25 per person until 5pm just so yiu can keep eating & drinking. We would not return to this resort.

We stayed at this resort about 10 years ago and loved it. We had small kids so the size was perfect. We took a quick adult trip and were a bit disappointed. Room: The room was clean and nice. They would only give us 2 beers a day, which sucked. Also, we didn't have any extra blankets and froze the first night. Restaurants: We really enjoyed the restaurants. I was very upset that we could only eat 2 dinners during our stay. All-inclusive, I expect to be able to eat at any of the restaurants I want as many times as I want. The buffet food was just okay.

Clean room, courteous staff, decent food, restaurants and entertainment inside. Poolside food and entertainment not great and pool is not heated so was cold. Also hard for older folks to get in and out of pool, needs some grab bars. Overall we liked the resort and would go back, but some minor improvements could be made.
