I was not informed that the rooftop was closed, which was the primary reason my wife and I came there to enjoy the Labor Day weekend. The closure was completely unreasonable, and I am very unhappy about it. It is frustrating that the opening hours for the rooftop are not included in the hotel details, and instead, they are listed on a separate site. I checked the rooftop website to see the drinks and the food, but I still didn't see it or consider looking for it. I am extremely upset by this situation.
