The room was booked for one adult and two children. When we arrived, bedding and towels for one of the children were missing. There was a sofa in the room, but it could not be converted into a bed. After we informed the staff, they brought an extra bed along with bedding. The air conditioning in the room was very poor and barely worked. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were only half full.

We lived staying at SANA Berlin. It’s conveniently located a few blocks away from public transportation (Bus, U-Bahn); breakfast is amazing and plentiful and the facilities are spotless and modern. We travelled with young children. Could not recommend more!
