Not enough staff in any area, restaurants, cleaning, maintenance. Pools are horribly dirty, and I don’t just mean leaf litter. The sides of pools and patios are filthy. Had a hassle with specific room bookings, despite speaking with them three months prior to ensure everything would be arranged. ...

The in room jacuzzi didn't work so I paid extra but didn't get to enjoy it. Overall though my stay was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it.
