Our two-bedroom home is built for hosting, comfort, relaxation, romantic get away’s and good times with friends & family. Designed with two new bedrooms both featuring Purple memory foam queen mattresses, closets, and space to get ready. An epic front yard fire pit to capture sunsets and enjoy a beverage after a day of local hiking and site seeing. Our backyard is fully fenced and secluded so you can enjoy the jacuzzi and dip pool. Bring a floaty! For our younger guests, we have a pack & play and high chair in the closet. For our earth friendly friends we have a Level 2 EV charger. Our bathroom has a large counter top and a beautiful rain shower head with an optional handheld shower head. Just outside, there's an area with a full-length mirror and plenty of natural light. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including local coffee beans and a gorgeous Café stove. There's plenty of room to host and entertain, with a kitchen nook and bar seating. The living room has a couch that seats six and a record player with records, board games, tarot cards, and fun quote games. You can also stream your favorite shows on the 55" flat-screen TV with Roku. Outside, you can take in the stunning valley views from the fire pit in the front yard or lounge in the fully enclosed backyard with outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, and an 8-person vintage camping picnic table. You can also relax in the spa that seats 6 or cool off in the dip pool. The deck is perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the desert scenery or catch nap in the hammock under the trees. Casa Santé is an ideal space for families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable or romantic desert getaway. Kudos for having a level 2 charger available on the outside of the house! Wifi worked great! The house was cold when we arrived but heated up nicely and stayed warm. The kitchen was well stocked. Only 3 of the burners worked but that was all we needed. Unfortunately, I did Not notice that there was no dishwasher on the listing, and that is a deal breaker for me personally because I don’t want to spend my vacation hand washing dishes, so just know that ahead of time. The bathroom is good and large, lots of towels. But the sink is set way too far back on the counter and was basically not usable for anyone 5’5 or under, and there are only 2 hooks total in the bathroom. I loved that there was a washer and dryer. Be aware they are outside though, so it was cold at night for us, and we found the dryer full of damp items. Hot tub was heated and clean but needed some steps or handrail to get up and down from the platform. The last part of the dirt road to the entrance had deep ruts so it needs to be slowly navigated. Otherwise location was good, close to 62 to get back and forth to Joshua Tree entrance and groceries, etc. There is a boarded up vacant property right next door to the unlocked side gate to the backyard and hot tub. So that was a little unsettling using the hot tub at night, but we didn’t have any problems while we were there. Bring USB adapters because there are limited USB ports. ##### Deb G. Wonderfully quaint accommodation! Very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Someone in our party has severe food allergies, so a kitchen for our stay is mandatory, but the kitchen supplies are always hit or miss. To our delight, this accommodation had us spoiled for choice of supplies! The HVAC system worked perfectly and adjusted immediately to the appropriate temperature, which is helpful for the high desert climate. We had a bit of an issue with the pool upon arrival, however the host was stunningly proactive about finding a resolution. I cannot express how appreciative we were for their immediate help. Future visitors, do not be turned off by the pool review, which only reflects our experience at the current time. Our time frame of pool use was limited to the first few days of our stay. Due to the pool being out of order for the first few days, it's the honest review only for our moment in time. The host immediately purchased a brand new pool for the latter half of our stay, unfortunately we were unable to use it due to the weather getting colder. However, the next guest will be in for a treat with a brand new pool. All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation and the host.
