Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax under the stars, go for a swim, play pool with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree. Our newly renovated pool will be available starting May 8! The Space: Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. We hope this space can be a retreat away from home! The property comes with a swimming pool, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. Our pool table converts to a ping pong table as well to accommodate a fun and competitive vacation experience! Our game room, living room, and master bedroom also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix and Youtube TV! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. For those who want a break from technology, we have conversation cards and board games to create fun and cherished memories with loved ones. Three of the bedrooms come with a queen and one bedroom that has two queens. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night. We also have two couches that can sleep additional guests!! The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience. While downtown Joshua Tree offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available throughout the city. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.\*\*\* If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500\. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00\. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself. Probably our last time using VRBO as pictures are deceiving, these photos are old and do not represent the current state of condition. There is a swampy, disgusting and dangerous pool in the backyard, which made sitting outside gross. Disappointing to spend so much money and find the place in such bad condition. ##### Staci B. First off, I have to say how much thorough communication and being available means when staying in a rental property. It's a small touch and may seem trivial, but making sure we knew where we were going, how to get in and manage around the property before arriving makes the whole process so much easier and enjoyable. While overall we lacked for almost nothing and the house was fully set with all the amenities, there were a couple of small things that needed addressing. The support we received was on point and we'd happily stay again. ##### Ryan R. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. We hiked in Joshua Tree during the day and enjoyed the pool in the evening. Just a short drive to JTNP which was very convenient. The pool table, dart board, and foosball table were a big hit. Great family time! The host checked in with us a couple times and communication was fast an easy. Check in was not as seamless as we anticipated. Had trouble with the keyless entry and the keys they did have, didnt work for the front door. After speaking to our contact we were able to get in after about 15 minutes. The House was perfectly decorated and clean! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and the Pool Table was a hit! The backyard is huuuge and we enjoyed the fire pit. The location of the house is about 5 minutes from the grocery stores.
