Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. While we’ll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding! \- This property is located on a dirt road. It is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles. \- Please be aware that wildlife may be present, such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. \- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry. \- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. Everything you need for pickleball and ping pong are supplied as well as board games. We came with our two dogs and they had a great time roaming the huge yard - we felt totally safe about the fence - no areas we were afraid they may get out. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Believe it or not, this place totally undersells itself on photos and description. We were a party of 10 with dog and there was HEAPS of space. The living/dining/kitchen fit all of us easily with loads of seating with the record player on in the background while we played one of there many board games or cards- picture perfect. Outside was Heaven! We only came in between 4-6 when the sun was at a particular angle in our eyes. Other than that, we lived out there. It gets hot in the day so we took a group walk every morning and night. Pickle ball in the morning.This does not even bring up how thoughtfully stocked the entire house was. Seasonings, oil, tea, coffee, sugar. Incredibly well thought out stock of kitchen goods- meat thermometer, loads of storage for food/containers, etc. Bedrooms were great. One massive master where we put our 2 kids on the foam matresses on the floor (15yo took over the closet:-) and the other three rooms each with queen size bed all the same size and perfectly sized. We literally cannot say enough good things! We are a very well traveled group that came from Tahoe, San Diego, New Zealand to gather. We could not be happier with the space given to us to reconnect!FYI- there are heaps of grocery stores, etc just 5-10 minutes from the house. Cacti were blooming! ##### Gemma O.
