With a huge accordion door spanning the entire living/dining area you'll have the best view from every angle. Guest Access: ★ BEDS & BATHS ★ The property can sleep up to 6 guest in 3 different bedrooms. The master bedroom has one king-size bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a French press. Choose to dine indoors by the dining table for 6 with the best view in town, or at the patio table towards the boulders. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆ The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. \* Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We built this beautiful home as our family vacation home so everything has been thoroughly thought out. From the comfortable bamboo sheets, dimmers on the lights, a fully stacked kitchen full of professional cooking utensils and so much more. Since the house is situated on top of a mountain, the sunrise in the East every morning is unmatched to anything we have experienced before. Kick off your shoes, unwind, grab a cup of Joshua Tree coffee and enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.
