Ms. Penny had it stocked with plenty of towels, snacks and a bottle of wine, all of which came in handy. She also responded to every message quickly. The unit had every little detail covered, even down to cotton balls in the bath. Highly recommend this unit. Location is fantastic right in the middle of downtown Ypsi. We needed a place near Ann Arbor and wanted to see what Ypsilanti had to offer. This B&B was super clean and check in/out was easy. We loved the location in downtown. The location is perfect for us. Just have a good time and not have to worry about driving. The apartment was super cute and clean also beds were very comfortable. Terrie added all of the great touches with a bottle of wine to celebrate and a card. Also have snacks available which out of the perfect touch. ##### Karen H.
