« Great place but unable to give 5 stars. Felt a bit misled by listing as it says bed and breafast which details a fresh made breakfast. No where does it state they do not offer it daily. Would have been nice to know in advance as it was our first bed and breakfast experience and it lacked the breakfast. Othe than that the place is amazing. Only complaint about room is the original hollow core doors which do nothing to block noise. All in all an absolutely beautiful place. »

« We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. « Even though only the bare minimum was offered and the decor dated, I was content with the beachfront. But a commode ran the entire night. I reported it the next morning, as i literally lost the entire night of sleep. I did all for some compensation, preferably a 1 hour late check out. Before checking out i tripped over an unsecured threshold. When i reported this i again asked for a one hour late checkout. I was told to check back in a few days, at that time i had 30 minutes to be out. »

The beach is less than a 5 min walk across the street. The beach is quiet and away from the crowds in the area. The restaurants in Murrells Inlet are a 10 min drive. « Liked the proximity to the beach. Complaints The TV was mainly movies and no local channels. Had to subscribe to networks. Had problems with it for our 5 day stay. Bedroom TV had no signal even though maintenance came out. Complained several times. The sofa should be thrown out ( faded & stained) along with the old wicker dresser. Hair dryer also didn't work. I did get a replacement the next day. No hangers in the closet & cleaning tools stored in the clothing closet. We couldn't t use it...

« Quiet location with comfy beds and plenty of space for us.Our visit was not without blips. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was not working but luckily, we had very little freezer food. The rental agency was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue by sending a repairman who came quickly. All in all, a good experience and I would rent again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and had all the needed comodities. Lovely view and easy acces to the beach. It was easy to work with Luther. We already booked for next year! We just wanted to mention two safety issues: the railing on the balcony is not solid (was a bit scary with the kids) and two electrical outlets that come out of the wall when you unplug a charger. Thanks again Luther! We can't wait until next year! »

« It was fantastic. The little extra touches (a beach bag packed with towels and a sun hat; a pass for the State parks; coffee and snacks in the kitchen area; an oscillating fan that was used every night. Yes, we're fan people-summer or winter.) Plenty of towels...and a wonderfully cozy 4 poster bed. Our dog went with us and it was very comforting knowing he was safe with a fully fenced in area. The hosts were onsite and very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back. This was 10 out of 10. »

"Bonjour J`aime beaucoup cet endroit. C`est la deuxième fois que nous y allons, on avait demandé la chambre de l`an passé et on a eu la chambre d`à côté très content . Le seul inconvénient pour nous on aimerait qu`il y ait au moins une personne bilingue pour répondre à nos demande ce n`est qu`un petit détail. Nous sommes heureux de notre voyage .MERCI !"
