« Near Grand Canyon National Park, we were not finding lodging options that would give you more than a basic hotel room without breaking the bank. Then we found the Tiny Homes. They weren't unreasonably expensive, but we had space for my kids to each have their own bed and for my wife and I to have our own space, too. The kitchen, while Spartan, was a money saver. « This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. « The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises...

« This unit is half a mobile home, poorly maintained. You can tell the door has been broken, walls have been patched. No place to fill water bottles.
