Staff were great and we loved our room. 2 queen beds and with a kitchen with a stove, fridge microwave, it felt like more like a condo than a hotel room. Very modern and thoughtfully designed. Pool was a bit small but clean. No change room but does have a shower in the corner of pool area so you can rinse off before heading elevator. Breakfast was ok but the dine-in room was large and clean. It was a pleasurable stay and if I was coming back to Detroit or the area, I would definitely stay...

We like that we are not to far from the airport and they offer 24 hr. shuttle. You can get a good dinner at the hotel next door and charge it to your room. Rooms are nice and clean. Our floor was being refurbished. The new carpet in some of the rooms we saw looks very nice. We'll being staying there again, later in the year, for our next early trip.

We had "fun" at check in Gerri was great. Went to our room, it hadn't been cleaned. Gerri - no hassle upgrade. Really clean and upgraded. They were hosting youths soccer teams, you would never know. Breakfast outstanding! Great staff. If the staff is having fun you know you have great operation, but better, a great customer experience. Mr. Hampton Inn this is rare, look after this team.
