"Overall my stay was good. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy and the location worked well for my stay. My main issues were that my shower knob was not set correctly so I spent 10 minutes trying to turn my shower on and off every day despite asking the front desk to have it repaired the next day. The convenience store was not stocked each day so I had to find a grocery store to get the basics to make my stay more comfortable. Was this due to mid ordering products or not being stocked because one shift thought it was the others responsibility, I can’t say, but the store should not be a point of convenience if it is not stocked."

"The room that we stayed in was extremely dirty. We did not have enough clean towels and there was no cleaning service or staff on site. The room was spacious but was not keep up well. We called the front desk to ask for cleaning service multiple times but no one returned our calls. The property was not well maintained."

"Staff at the hotel was great. You could tell the property was older and a few things didn’t work. The microwave in my room didn’t work, the jets in the hot tub didnt work. There were knicks in the wall that weren’t patched. The place could use a little love and some work. The carts to help with you baggage were coming apart. Hopefully ownership sees this and invests a little love into the place but the room was nice and spacious and the furniture seemed upgraded. I would stay here again but would love the hot tub to be fixed so my achy bones can feel rejuvenated."
