Winter Park Mountain Getaway

Beautiful, bright 3-bedroom townhome a mile up the hill from Winter Park town and four miles from Winter Park/Mary Jane resorts. You'll love the big, open great room and kitchen (perfect for groups!) and beautiful mountain views. There is a large master suite upstairs and a second common area and two bedrooms downstairs. And just out the door, a private hot tub also with mountain views. You'll also be just 100 feet from a network of hundreds of miles of amazing hiking, biking, and cross-country trails. We don't have any reviews yet because we just moved to VRBO, but on Airbnb we are rated a 4.96 with 81 reviews. We hope you'll check us out!

Better than expected!

We had an amazing stay and we will be back! This place is better than the listing and pictures. It will not disappoint. Super quiet area with some of the most spectacular views you will find. The new hot tub was amazing either under the stars or at dawn. The house is stocked better than any other property we have had in the past, especially the kitchen. We played numerous board games and the PlayStation. Quick access to everything you need, including the resort. The property owner was always there to answer questions and checkin and checkout was completely painless. Book it!

Amazing place!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The views are phenomenal, the location amazing, and the nearby trails are perfect. We went right at Christmas time with full snow. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the nearest Lift stop to get around. It took us around 10-15 minutes to get to the base of the resort. It takes about 3-5 minutes to get to Winter Park town. If you leave the front door and go uphill and to the right, you’ll dead end and turn left at a trail. The trail takes you through the woods and to an amazing clearing great for sledding and snowball fights, etc. The checkin was flawless, checkout was even easier. The communication beforehand and during the visit was timely. The entire house is very well stocked, including the kitchen. We didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves. Highly recommend booking here!

Neglected property

Winter Park is wonderful and this condo is right in the heart of things with a great view. When we arrived the heat was below 60 degrees and the radiant heat system took until the next day to reach a comfortable level - a cold night! The hot tub wasn't even heated up. All of the games had pieces missing, the wifi password was barely readable in the instructions. There were two cut out squares in the ceiling around the fire sprinklers and the master bedroom has a 3 foot circle of wetness under the cut out. The main room couch was full of cat hair (setting off allergies). Communication with the owners was quick and kind but they could do nothing about the condition of the property. However, it just seems that this property has been neglected with old instructions, games, dirty windows, broken blinds and the ceiling and floor damage. It would have been nice to have the house prepared for paying visitors.
