"The staff was beyond extraordinary! We were there for bereavement and the staff helped ease any tension or stress that we showed up with! Front desk was graceful and empathetic beyond measure. I will not stay anywhere else!"

"Check-in was easy, but I wasn't aware of the additional $15 parking fee prior to arriving, not a huge deal but just unexpected. Once I got into the room, I proceeded to take a shower, but when I turned on the water the floor of the shower began to turn orange, which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly. I could deal with that, I'll just wash up at the sink because at this point it had been a long day, but then I hear full fledged construction going on in the room next to me, hammering, etc. I called the front desk and they were aware of the repair but unsure of how long it would take. At this point it's almost 9pm. They did relocate me to another room, so it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, The only thing was that he announced my room number with male guests behind me. I was traveling alone so it took me back a little. Usually, the front desk person will just said your room number is on your card."

"The stay is always the best when we come to town. Great area for walking. Quiet neighborhood. The staff is incredible. From the greetings of Eric ,Kaneshia and Destiny daily were enough to know that they are great workers and enjoy the job. They all went above and beyond for our daughter’s 11th birthday."

"Hotel was new and still very clean. There’s fridge, free coffee and well equipped gym which was nice. Restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. The only two things that I don’t love is: 1. There’s only valet parking. With $30 charge/ day. No parking lots attached to the property. 2. The first room we were assigned to didn’t have hot shower. Upon calling front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy don’t work over the weekend and has already went home for the day. ( understandable because it was 11 PM on Friday.) the staff was nice and agreed to switched us to another room upon request. ( but no 24/7 maintenance blow my mind) Overall, it was good… didn’t regret staying there, but not sure if I would come back next time …"
