We were in Wilmington for July 4 & could easily walk to a riverside park just the blocks away to watch the lovely fireworks over the Cape Fear River. It was an easy, 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk, with lots of local restaurants along the way. The house itself is as-pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, & the air conditioning works. ##### Kathryn S. If you appreciate an older historic home within walking distance to downtown shops, this may be the place for you. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shaded balcony was such a treat. The house is clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave. Highly recommend! ##### Christine S.
