Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. The location is a bit out there, but for us that was a good thing. Everything was absolutely clean. There's a very eclectic vibe from the furnishings and decoration which is a lot of fun for a vacation rental. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas were wonderful too.
