Our kids are 6 and 9 so the rooms and layout were perfect. The location of this unit and complex are absolutely amazing. It’s less than a 5 minute walk into the village, directly beside the Westin. There was a parking pass left for us so both of our cars were parked safely in the complex with no issues. Dealing with the property management was amazing. Sophie was in communication with us the entire time and the one small problem we had was rectified within only a couple of hours of me telling her. We would absolutely stay here again. There are 3 short flights of downward stairs to get to the Whistler gondola from the property along with a short stroll. Comfortably fit 8 of us as well as our snow gear. Responsive and helpful host Sophie was easy to communicate with. One of the bottom bedrooms were without a working power outlet and we were unsuccessful in arranging an electrician to sort it out during the 10 day stay. Sophie warned us of this issue before our arrival. Minor upstairs plumbing issue but Sophie sorted it out quickly. There is a fire pit but for those who love a long lasting cozy fire each night there won’t be a large supply but you can get more at the supermarket which should be an under 10 min walk. Would we stay there again.. Yes definitely! There will always be minor issues with all properties as would hotels. My group skied and said they had good proximity waking to the village to catch tram. They were able to ski in. For me it was close enough to to get into and bum around the village. Only things that could have been better: we couldn’t get the tv to work while we were there, and bedrooms could use more hangers. Otherwise we had a great stay.
