Owners easy to reach. These units were a great proximity to gondola. There was an issue with bedding and owners were very easy to reach and gave a solution instantly. ##### Allison M. It had a terrible kitchen odor that didn't go away. We tried opening the window, lighting candles and boiling vinegar. Nothing worked. We avoided cooking also because the water kettle and pots were rusted and stained and ended up purchasing our own water kettle. The sofa bedding, pillow and towels were also stained. We covered the pillows with our own shirts and re-washed the towels prior to using. Half of us ended up leaving a night early cuz the odor was unbearable. Appears owner were aware of the odor prior to our arrival as the owner said their cleaner told them the last guest had done quite a bit of cooking. They did "re-clean" the unit, but it probably only consisted of opening the window as the odor did not go away at all. When communicating the reclean did not help with the situation, the owner stopped responding to our text.The location and check in process were OK. ##### Ka Ying T.
