"If you know what to expect - this is not a five-star hotel - this is an excellent option for affordable and convenient lodging in the center of Chicago. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the accommodations are basic but very acceptable. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the shared bathroom arrangement but it was not an issue whatsoever. Very positive experience overall."

"Property was clean with friendly staff, which was nice for this last minute emergency booking due to an unplanned extended layover at the airport. Property does show its age in the hallways and rooms. Was on the third floor and could not get the room to cool down even though we have a temp set to 60. The vents were blowing cold air but wasn’t enough to cool down the room"
