I was there 1 week. I just got Xtra towels but did not request room service My problem was all the smoke from smokers. It makes its way in the rooms and a lot of smokers outside. The property is run down in need of renovation. The staff is kind and helpful.

i’m not gonna lie when I showed up the place on the outside looked very shady 😰 but I was truly surprised how clean the rooms are! The continental breakfast is simple but fulfilling. And the customer service was great. Definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered are very nice. Room is clean. The location seems safe. Free breakfast is nice! Hot water and coffee are available 24/7 which is very nice! There’s no down comforter like it stated on Expedia website, but that’s ok for us. We will book this hotel again whenever we’re back to Westminster 🙂
