"The location is convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The night shift gentleman was so kind!! Breakfast is a plus. The rooms are spacious. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, though/it’s a hard mattress. Additionally, our room was toward the end of the hall, so our room didn’t get cleaned for our entire stay. We would leave between 10-11 for brunch/a walk and they hadn’t made it to our end yet, which was fine. We would return between 2-3 to change and head out for the evening and they would make it to our end around then, so we got skipped every day. We took our own garbage out and got some replacement towels from a housekeeper in the hall the day before we departed. And then our last day, they of course made it to our room early and woke us up. — It would be nice if they could maybe rotate which end they start on each day to avoid this issue."

"Very clean. The chair and ottoman sere worn but a bed liner was used to cover it if uncomfortable with sanitation. Air conditioning needed better cooling. It was worn. There was plenty of parking. There was a way to get public transportation but it entailed a risky walk on feeder side where hotel located and then there was U-turn and a 1/4 mi walk and turn to get it. Fast food places and gas, food station were walking distance. The bathroom was very nice and looked like great care was taken with it. Much appreciated by people with ADA issues. Very nice staff.Real thank you to maintenance lady."

"The location is super convenient to events downtown. The staff were helpful and courteous. As you can image being located downtown, parking is hectic during mornings and evening hours. The line can get long waiting for your car to be retrieved. Our room was located along the outside and evenings were supper noisy with vehicles driving by and local music/bands outside. Fortunately, we had a fan to help drown the noise. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable and the pillows were nice."
